In this multifaceted world filled with inter-connected energy swirly all around us it makes sense to approach my life from a holistic standpoint.  I cook and come up with recipes daily dosing my body with all the nutrition it needs to live optimally.  I hope this blog will serve as a toolkit full of recipes and nutritional information to reference and inspire.

As my sister taught me: “We are all perfectly imperfect.”  This being said, we can all do our best to live to our greatest potential.
